High Waisted A Line Skirt
These Victorian blouses can be used for just about any Victorian Steampunk costume. The first blouse is simply stunning and more comfortable to wear than the other two. But if you want a ruffled front blouse for your costume, either is a good choice. You can also add embroidery to any of these for added color and interest.
Vintage Stand Collar Button Down Shirt
For the entire Mary Poppins costume in any version, you need the right type of shoes or boots. Any of the three below will work. If you don’t want a boot, the Funtasma is ideal. Black boots are the right choice for the nanny costume. White for the party dress.

With the new Mary Poppins movie, “Mary Poppins Returns,” coming out in 2018, some newer costumes are available. They all seem to be showing a bit longer skirts, so you can use them for inspiration if you don’t want to buy an entire costume. The center costume is plus-sized with a little more room.
